Also... HammerheadFistpunch. You broke my notifications panel.

I can neither accept nor decline your authorship invitation. When I click either button I get an “!” added at the end of the URL above, but no actual change. I’m also not getting notifications anymore. Sigh

I've had an authorship request sitting on top of my notifications for months. I was granted authorship, but the request never goes away.

Welcome to the club!

A GT member contacted Kinja Support about this issue (see: https://groupthink.kinja.com/blog-invite-never-goes-away-1828642196 ) and got it fixed for her. Kinja support talked to me about it as well but this is the last I heard (on 9/13 ):

Hey,

Okay, I think we found the bug - we’ll start working on a fix - thanks for the heads-up. Please feel free to let us know if anything changes from your end.
